Successful musical theatre director LISA (47) lives guilt free in progressive Copenhagen. Disaster strikes her comfortable existence following a ‘hit & run’ in which Lisa injures a small child with her Tesla. The child’s physically disabled mother ROSE (38) begins blackmailing Lisa into making her the lead in Lisa’s upcoming show; Les Miserables. Terrified of a scandal, Lisa uses Rose’s disability as an argument to make her the star of the play.
